Oil & Gas Resource Develope

Dagang Oilfield Kong South Block

  In August, 2014, our company implemented the integrated upstream and down-stream developing strategy in the oil and gas industry, and acquired 100% stock right of Pan-China Resources Ltd., and acquired 100% foreign contractor’s right for the products in Dagang Oilfield Kong South Block, and became the operator for this block. Kong South Block is a mature oilfield and entered business developing period in 2009. The geological reserve of this block is relatively stable and has a certain potential.

Distribution brief of Kong South Block

       Kong South Block is located in the south of Bohai Basin, the largest oil production basin in China. The block area is 21.29 square kilometers, mainly including three blocks, i.e. the south segment, west slope and Xiaoji. The south section is the main production block.

        In recent years, the daily operation production for Kong South Blockhas been rising stably,as shown in the chart above. By further investment for well drilling, the production will have a trend to rise stably.

CBM development for Liulin        

        In September, 2013, our company acquired all the Liulin CBM right held by Dart Energy Limited. The area in this region is 183.824 km2. In 2009, Liulin Block was approved, and the proved geological reserves were approximately 217.84×108m3.

 

 

Oil and gas exploration for Inner Mongolia      

         In 2011, HBP acquired the right of Erdengsumu exploration block, Erlian Basin, Inner Mongolia. It is the first time for our company to enter the oil and gas resource exploration and development field, and is also the first step for our company to implement the integrated upstream and down-stream strategy. This block is located in Zhengxiangbaiqi Inner Mongolia with the area of 52 kilometers. HBP carried out 2D earthquake, drilling and such exploration, and therefore learned about the geological structure in this block.

        Beijing China Oil Kesi Energy Management Co. Ltd is the wholly-owned subsidiary of China Oil HBP Group, engaged in urban fuel gas, natural gas pipeline operation management, and LNG business. Its business scope covers ten provinces and cities, autonomous regions and municipalities. In recent years, it has cooperated with CNPC, SINOPEC and CNOOC, and has more than tens subsidiaries in Northeast, North China and Central China. With the enterprise tenet, “Integrity, mutual trust, vigorousness, innovation and value creation”, Beijing China Oil Kesi Energy Management Co. Ltd has been providing stable, clean and efficient gas resource for citizens, public service andindustrial customers.

1.Operation and management for natural gas pipeline

①Xinke Gas Investment Co., Ltd, Wuqing District, Tianjin City

Xinke Gas Investment Co., Ltd in Wuqing District, Tianjin City is derived from CNPC North China Sales Company. It supplies gas to 50,000 families in Wuqing District, Tianjin and to Xinyi Glass (Tianjin) Company with the annual gas supply capacity of 250,000,000 cubic meters.

②Yingkou Kesi Fuel Gas Co., Ltd

  Yingkou Kesi Fuel Gas Co., Ltd is derived from CNPC Kunlun Fuel Gas Dalian Subsidiary. It provides the associated service for the New Equipment Manufacture Industrial Park and Binhai Industrial Part in Bayuquan District Yingkou City, Liaoning Province. Its main industrial customers include Shenyang Blower Group Yingkou Turbine Equipment Co. Ltd, North Thermal Electricity Group, Northern Heavy Industries Group, Xinyi Glass (Yingkou) Co., Ltd, etc. After the project is put into production, the annual gas delivery capacity can come up to 300,000,000 m3.

③Shanxi Guohua Kesi Fuel Gas Co., Ltd

Shanxi Guohua Kesi Fuel Gas Co., Ltd acquired the opening right for the transportation substation in the 2nd line of CNPC from Shaanxi Province to Beijing. It is engaged in the gas business in Shanxi Province. It has acquired the authorization from Shanxi Province Lucheng City People’s Government on the natural gas transportation pipeline project for Changzhi County Industrial Park. It is estimated that the annual gas transportation capacity can reach 1,200,000,000 m3.

④Siping Kesi Fuel Gas Investment Co., Ltd

Siping Kesi Fuel Gas Investment Co., Ltd acquired the opening right for Siping transportation substation in CNPC Harbin-Shenyang Pipeline, and provides natural gas for Tongliao City and Kerqin District Industrial Park. The investment for Siping-Tongliao long- & middle-term pipeline is approximately 320,000,000 yuan and the designed pipeline gas transportation capacity is approximately 1 billion cubic meters.

⑤Tianjin China Oil Kesi Energy Utilization Technology Development Co., Ltd

Tianjin China Oil Kesi Energy Utilization Technology Development Co., Ltd acquired the opening right for Jinghai Substation in the 3rd Line Gangqing Gas Transportation Pipeline of CNPC, and will supply gas to the industrial enterprises in Xizaizhuang Town Jinghai County. It is estimated that the gas transportation capacity will reach 3,500,000 cubic meters.

 

 

2.LNG & CNG Station

①China Oil Dayou Energy Utilization (Zhengzhou) Co., Ltd

China Oil Dayou Energy Utilization (Zhengzhou) Co., Ltd completed the gas relief system with 8 150 m3 LNG storage tanks, 9 air relief columns and 4 pressure reducing skids for the industrial park in Gongyi City, Henan Province. The gas pipeline network laid for this work will exceed 20 kilometers, and has the daily gas transportation of 1,000,000 m3. China Oil Dayou Energy Utilization (Zhengzhou) Co., Ltd will make investment for the construction of one LNG liquefaction plant and 50 gas stations in the years from 2015 to2017.

②Hulun Buir China Oil Natural Gas Investment Co., Ltd

Hulun Buir China Oil Natural Gas Investment Co., Ltd plans to build 15-20 LNG stations in Hailar and its peripheral cities and counties, such as NZH, Yakeshi, Zhalantun, and Arongqi, in five years. Hulun Buir China Oil Natural Gas Investment Co., Ltd plans to build one coal-based LNG liquefaction plant in 3-5 years.
